This apartment is the absolute best. The pricing is more than fair, the manager was a dream to work with, and maintenance requests are handled next day/within the week. The community is really great and the surrounding area has parks, hiking, plenty of great food, and a variety of shopping options.

My husband and I have lived in Springbrook Flats for about a year and half in two different apartments. Moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom to make space for our newborn. We’ve loved the accommodations and community! We appreciate the staff and their prompt responses. We like the community and what the apartment has to offer. We’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new space to call home!

I call Springbrook Flats home and hope to be here for many more years. The Apartment size is ample and outdoor space as well which makes very comfortable apartment living. The inside has all that’s needed even full size washer, dryer. The owners and staff has changed over the year, there have been improvements and the service seems to be the same if not better. Come take a look, you’ll like it!

Moved in at the start of summer 2024 and have been in love with the place. We had a few maintenance issues upon moving but the timely response time of the maintenance team and the friendly demeanor of the leasing staff were fantastic. If you’re looking for a good quiet place to hang your hat and is pet friendly I couldn’t recommend this place more.
